All custom items require a 3D model that we will print in castable resin for casting.
If we’re designing an item for a specific stone, we recommend sending the stone to us so we can take a 3D scan of it. This way the 3D designers will have a virtual copy of your stone to design around, ensuring a perfect fit. We can still work with only the dimensions and some pictures of your stone (as we did for years before the 3D stone scanner was available), but having this option makes the whole process easier.

Each sterling silver item will have its cost individually calculated based on the design, weight, and accent stones (detailed organic designs, faces, complex structures, etc.). We start by creating the 3D model, then provide you with a final casting quote, and proceed with casting once you approve.
Lead time from our factory is 3-4 weeks.

Since all items are “Made in Canada”, according to the USMCA agreement, customers in the US don’t need to pay import duties for them, which will save you money if you order larger quantities.

Delivery From Our Factory
Our head office in Richmond, BC, CANADA receives shipments from our factory semi-monthly. If you are willing to wait for the next scheduled delivery, there will be no additional shipping fees beyond the cost to send it from our office to you. If you need it in a rush, we can ship directly from our factory to you via courier (FedEx or DHL) for an additional premium shipping fee.
