We usually fulfill orders within 48 hours on business days, except when traveling. Our business hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 10:00 am to 5:00 pm PST, excluding holidays. Delivery times are estimates and depend on order approval. Delivery dates may vary due to USPS practices, delivery location, method, and the items ordered. Products might arrive in separate shipments, but we will confirm once your order is processed.

To determine your order cost, add items to your cart. On the checkout page, enter the destination address and choose a shipping method to see the estimated shipping cost. Additional charges may apply for remote areas or large/heavy items. Sales tax is calculated based on the destination state or territory. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and refunds do not include shipping costs. We currently ship U.S. domestic orders only; international customers are welcome to shop our sister store, silviafindings.com, which ships internationally. Shipping rates are subject to change.

We ship directly from our SilviaFindings USA office, so your orders arrive quickly and reliably. There are no duties, tariffs, or customs fees on domestic orders — the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately, and we will work quickly to resolve the issue.

If you're in the greater Seattle area, we welcome walk-in shoppers at our Mountlake Terrace, WA office/showroom, and you can also pick up completed orders here. Please call 206-762-5018 ahead of your visit, as we occasionally close for trade shows.
