MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By participating in our DIY Jewelry Membership Program, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not participate in the program.

Membership Program Eligibility Criteria

  • The yearly minimum wholesale purchase amounts are calculated based on the calendar year (January 1 – December 31).
  • Eligibility for existing customers is based on their wholesale purchase amounts over the previous 12 months, not the calendar year.
  • New customers become eligible by meeting the minimum wholesale purchase amount during any calendar year. They become members for the remainder of that calendar year.
  • At the end of each year, each member's yearly wholesale purchase amounts are reviewed to determine their eligibility to remain at the same membership level for the following year.
  • Membership is for personal use only and is limited to one membership level per customer.
  • Each membership account is associated with a single customer, identified by a unique email address and telephone number.
  • Approval from DIY Jewelry is required to join the membership program. Upon approval, a membership ID number will be assigned, corresponding to the membership level, which can be applied to purchases made on-site or online on our website.

DIY JEWELRY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MAKE THE FINAL DECISION ON CUSTOMER ELIGIBILITY FOR ITS MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM AND MAY DENY MEMBERSHIP AT ITS DISCRETION FOR ANY REASON.

Membership Program Enrollment Terms and Conditions

  • The benefits of the program are offered solely at the discretion of DIY Jewelry. We reserve the right to cancel, modify, restrict, or terminate any aspect or feature of the program at any time without prior notice. This may affect the value of rewards or benefits you have accumulated or your ability to redeem them.
  • By joining our program and becoming a member, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  • Our membership program terms and conditions may change from time to time. We reserve the right to alter the program conditions, benefits, eligibility criteria, membership levels, and the evaluation of program purchases and activities.
  • Members can upgrade or downgrade their membership level by contacting DIY Jewelry.
  • Members may cancel their membership at any time by contacting DIY Jewelry. Upon cancellation, all accumulated points and benefits will be forfeited, and the membership level status will expire.
  • Rewards, benefits, and Silvia points earned through the program have no cash value, are non-transferable, and do not confer any property rights. Discounts apply to all items except custom-made items.
  • The transfer of any rewards, benefits, or points offered through the program is prohibited.
  • Points earned through the program cannot be exchanged for cash..
  • By joining the program, you agree to receive program-related emails, including marketing emails and information about your membership account.
  • By joining the program, you grant DIY Jewelry the rights to publish in perpetuity and in all media formats the pictures and content items you contribute during the membership period for marketing purposes.
